The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You agree not to share your login details with others or allow multiple users to access courses through a single account. Password sharing, unauthorized access, or misuse of an account is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

The Company ensures that all online transactions are processed securely in compliance with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines and through RBI-authorized payment gateways. While the Company strives to ensure secure payment processing, it shall not be held liable for any failures, delays, or technical issues arising from third-party payment providers.

The applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other statutory taxes will be charged in accordance with prevailing Indian tax laws, and the final price payable will be inclusive of such taxes unless otherwise mentioned. The Company does not store sensitive payment information such as complete credit or debit card numbers or CVV codes on its servers; such details are handled exclusively by third-party payment processors in accordance with RBI-mandated data security standards. Once a payment has been successfully processed and access to the purchased course has been granted, no cancellation, reversal, or chargeback of the transaction will be permitted, except as expressly provided in the Refund Policy (see Point 11). In the event of non-payment, incomplete payment, or reversal of payment due to chargeback or dispute, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the relevant course or service until the issue is fully resolved.
