Refund & Cancellation Policy
The Company maintains a fair and transparent Refund and Cancellation Policy in accordance with applicable Indian laws. By purchasing a course or service on this platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. No Refund for Digital Content Once Access is Granted
Since all courses, modules, and learning materials offered on this platform are delivered in a digital format, refunds will generally not be provided once course access has been activated or content has been downloaded/streamed. This is in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, which allow businesses to restrict refunds for digital products where usage has already begun.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances such as:
Double payment made for the same course due to a technical error.
Payment deducted but course access not provided within a reasonable time.
Duplicate course purchase from the same user account.
Technical issues on the platform which make the course entirely inaccessible, and where the Company is unable to resolve the issue within 7 working days.
In all such cases, the user must raise a refund request within 7 calendar days of the transaction, by emailing the Company’s official support address with valid proof of payment.
3. Refund Timelines & Mode
If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days, subject to the policies of banks, payment gateways, or other intermediaries. The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, including:
Convenience fees, processing charges, or EMI interest levied by payment gateways or banks.
One-time registration or enrollment fees, if applicable.
Fees for add-on services such as certificates, mentorship sessions, or third-party resources.
5. Cancellation Policy
Once a course has been purchased, users cannot cancel the order after access has been granted. If the user voluntarily stops using the course or discontinues midway, no partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback with a bank or payment provider without first contacting the Company for resolution will be treated as a breach of these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to block user accounts, deny further services, and pursue legal remedies in cases of fraudulent chargebacks.
7. Special Cases (Offers, Discounts & Scholarships)
Purchases made under promotional pricing, scholarships, coupon codes, or bundled offers are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of the offer.
8. Final Authority
All refund and cancellation decisions will be made at the sole discretion of the Company, based on the facts and circumstances of each case. The Company’s decision shall be final and binding on all users.
